We Did Not Tell Your Community To Be Bigot Friendly

Dear Mr. Undersheriff:

I wish I was writing to you under better circumstances. I would much rather be writing this letter about tourism and/or helping people conquer addiction. Unfortunately, that is not my task today. Once again, I am in the position of having to introduce myself to a new community while having to play the big blue meanie role. I guess I have to admit that being Bi-Polar 1 makes playing the villain character somewhat appealing.

I would like to thank the Deputy who took my agitated call on Thursday. He was pleasant, professional, and directed me to you with my concerns.

You have a bigot living in your community. In fact, you have more than one – you seem to have a family of them. That is not going to be tolerated. This is especially true after domestic terrorists recently tried to burn a Planned Parenthood to the ground. Tolerance for bigotry is at an all-time low. Then again, this is long overdue.

Sherry Miller of the Golden Chair Salon has made unfortunate and disgusting statements supporting Kentucky Courts Clerk Kim Davis. Before you argue that Ms. Miller has 1st Amendment rights, please allow me to remind you that the 1st Amendment does not protect anyone from consequence. The 1st Amendment does not protect anyone should the free market be used in retaliation to their hateful speech. As a matter of fact, the Citizens United case, combined with the decision in McCutcheon, gives those of us armed with Political Action Committees, I happen to have 2, unprecedented latitude when choosing how to respond to the white trash that might live among us. The Koch’s use these cases their way; we use them our way.

When Ms. Miller was told that she would be the subject of “legal retaliation”, she immediately claimed that members of her family were in local law enforcement and would harm me on sight. This claim was further backed up by her husband. Therefore, you can expect a series of FOIL’s regarding Ms. Miller’s claims. If we find that she has family on your force, we must surmise that they are as bigoted and not to be trusted. That will result in other series of FOIL’s to uncover if they have let their bigoted beliefs affect their jobs. We will be very displeased if Ms. Miller’s claims are correct.

In future communications, we will be asking you about parade permits and noise ordinances. That is done just in case some form of demonstration needs to be held. That is the same strategy we were going to pursue in Charleston, South Carolina re Tod Kincannon but he was “forever suspended” from Twitter and those needs became moot.

Who are we?? We are a rag tag bunch of organizers, fund raisers, communication specialists, pollsters, and other operatives who hate bigots, evangelical trash, molon labe types who do not understand the 2nd Amendment, and other forms of fringe right creepiness. You might remember late last Fall Unilever Products put out a woman’s spray on deodorant and then pulled the ads 48 hours later. That was us. Right now, a firm from Oklahoma is about to have its worst 4th quarter ever. This is being done in response to the Governor not taking down the 10 Commandments display as she was told to do so.

Since we do not violate the law, it is unnecessary, we take a very dim view of law enforcement organizations who try to bend the rules or, even worse, take the side of the bigots. While we support the goals of #Blacklivesmatter, we do not support their methodologies since they often violate the law and get very little done. If you arrest one or more of us, there will be no plea bargains. The discovery process will be painful.  After you are defeated in Court, we will sue looking for ours. We will unleash our private investigators on your team and make sins known – especially to wives. We want nothing from you and we have PAC’s so that practice is legal. We have no problem replacing “state paid for” lawyers with our own just to increase the local intensity of other cases.

Sorry we had to meet this way but we did not tell your community to be bigot friendly. You can expect the next round of paperwork shortly. We are aware of your budget constraints and personnel management issues. Therefore, we are very patient and understanding regarding time limits.
